What is Your Appointment Changes or Cancellation Policy?
Any cancellation or changes to your appointment must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, up to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. Your cancellation fee will be processed day of appointment missed.
Can I Buy My Own Hair Extensions?
For all hair extension clients, we require an in-person consultation, where we discuss the color, length and style. All extensions are from the Exclusive Collection at Bellami Hair. During the consultation, we will collect the funds needed for the extension purchase.
What is Your Deposit Policy for Booking Services?
Hair By Lear Marr requires a non-refundable deposit for all hair extension services. The amount is determined on an individual basis by Leah Marr, Owner and Master Stylist, during your consultation. The deposit applies towards your services. The deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

What if I’m Not Satisfied With My Service?
If you are not satisfied with your service, Hair By Leah Marr will make it right at no additional charge provided you notify us within 3 days from your original service with your original Stylist.
